Terms of Service
01 · Scope of Services
Astoria Aero performs pitot-static system tests, transponder tests, and altitude encoder correlations under our FAA repair station certificate. We do not perform aircraft maintenance, modifications, or inspections outside the scope of these tests unless explicitly agreed in writing.
02 · Authorization
By scheduling a test, the registered owner or authorized operator of the aircraft authorizes Astoria Aero to access the aircraft, connect test equipment to its pitot-static and transponder systems, and make the corresponding logbook entries.
03 · Records
Test results are recorded in the aircraft's logbook. Astoria Aero retains copies for the regulatory period.
04 · Estimates and Payment
Quoted prices are estimates based on the systems and aircraft described at scheduling. Final invoices reflect actual time and materials. Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are made in writing.
05 · Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Astoria Aero warrants that tests are performed in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and our repair station manual.
06 · Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
07 · Messaging
- Astoria Aero uses SMS messaging to keep you up to date and confirm appointment times.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@astoriaaero.com
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive {message frequency}. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
