When you contact us to schedule a test, we collect the information you give us: typically your name, email address, phone number, and the registration number of the aircraft. We do not collect information automatically beyond standard server access logs retained by our hosting provider.

We use your information to schedule and perform the requested testing, to communicate with you about the work, to issue invoices and receipts, and to comply with our regulatory recordkeeping obligations.
03 · Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the FAA when required by regulation, with our payment processor when you pay an invoice, and with our attorneys or accountants when reasonably necessary.
04 · Cookies and Analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
05 · Your Choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. Some records — like aircraft logbook entries and FAA forms — are retained for the regulatory period and cannot be deleted on request.
